About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Associate to conduct market research, identify relevant industry experts, and support strategic projects. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, business models, and private equity use cases, with opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and take ownership of high-impact research deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 12 months of experience in primary or secondary market research.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research and project deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Good understanding of business models, industry dynamics, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities,



and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM platforms or data analytics tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct independent research using AI-powered tools, proprietary platforms, and external data sources to identify relevant industry experts and competitors.
- Develop targeted research strategies and identify alternative approaches based on industry insights.
- Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into structured deliverables, including competitive landscapes and industry primers.
- Collaborate with global teams to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Track project progress and quality using CRM dashboards and performance metrics.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on research excellence, AI-enabled delivery, and process improvement.
