The production is driven by a bold vision to make finance engaging, accessible, and thrilling for viewers across India.

Role Description The Associate Producer role is a full-time remote position supporting the creative and operational needs of India’s Future Investors. In this role, the Associate Producer collaborates with senior producers to develop episode concepts, structure challenges, and refine storylines that highlight money decisions and character under pressure.

Responsibilities include coordinating with casting, production, and post-production teams; preparing briefs, schedules, and call sheets; and tracking deliverables to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The role involves researching financial topics and trends to inform content, contributing to script outlines,



and helping shape the narrative flow across episodes and digital extensions.

The Associate

Producer also assists in managing communication with partners, talent, and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of the show’s creative vision in a remote production environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong content development and storytelling skills, including experience shaping reality or unscripted show narratives.
- Candidates should possess production coordination skills, such as organizing schedules, managing logistics, and tracking tasks and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess research and analytical skills, including the ability to explore financial topics, audience insights, and format trends.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across remote teams, talent, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of money, personal finance, or investment concepts, and an interest in financial education and entertainment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common productivity and project management tools, and comfort working in a fully remote, rapid-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in television, digital content, or reality formats is beneficial; a degree or training in media, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
