Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of nextgeneration AInative products and platforms The ideal candidate will drive endtoend execution of AI programs involving Generative AI Agentic AI LLMbased applications AI Agents RAG solutions cloudnative platforms and modern engineering practices

This role requires a blend of technical depth delivery leadership stakeholder management Agile execution and AI transformation expertise The TPM will work closely with Product Owners AI Architects Data Scientists ML Engineers MLOps teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and responsible AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery Leadership

Own endtoend delivery of AInative products from ideation through production deployment

Develop project plans roadmaps release schedules budgets and resource plans

Drive Agile execution across multiple crossfunctional teams

Manage scope risks dependencies and program governance

Establish delivery metrics and executive reporting mechanisms

AI Project Management

Lead projects involving oGenerative AI oAgentic AI oMultiAgent Systems oRAG Architectures oAI Copilots oAIpowered Automation Solutions oPredictive Analytics Machine Learning

Coordinate AI model lifecycle activities including development evaluation deployment monitoring and retraining

Ensure alignment between business objectives and AI solution outcomes

Technical Leadership





Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads on oAI architecture decisions oCloud deployment strategies oIntegration patterns oScalability and performance requirements

Drive engineering best practices including CICD DevSecOps MLOps and observability

Stakeholder Management

Engage with executive sponsors product leaders and client stakeholders

Facilitate steering committee reviews and governance forums

Translate technical concepts into business outcomes and value realization

AI Governance Responsible AI

Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles

Drive compliance with security privacy data governance and regulatory requirements

Establish AI adoption change management and business readiness frameworks

Innovation AI Adoption

Promote AIassisted SDLC practices

Drive adoption of modern AI engineering tools and platforms

Identify opportunities for productivity improvements through AI
