About The Role We are looking for a Lead Computer Vision Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision . The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions across cloud and edge environments. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with experience leading engineering teams and delivering production-ready computer vision solutions.

The engineer will manage the complete computer vision development lifecycle, from problem definition and data preparation to model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on experience with OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow, YOLO , and modern deep-learning architectures.

The position also involves deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud and edge platforms, implementing MLOps practices, and optimizing solutions for production environments. Experience in industrial computer vision, video analytics, Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial IoT is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, and optimize computer vision and deep-learning models.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of computer vision solutions, from proof of concept to production deployment.
- Develop object detection solutions using YOLO or equivalent frameworks.
- Prepare and process datasets, perform feature engineering, and improve model performance.
- Deploy AI/ML workloads across cloud and edge computing environments.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical teams and provide guidance on AI/ML engineering and solution implementation.
- Apply responsible AI and governance practices in solution development.

Required Skills

- Python programming expertise.
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.




- Hands-on experience developing and deploying computer vision models.
- OpenCV and YOLO or equivalent object detection frameworks.
- PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience taking computer vision solutions from proof of concept to production.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle management, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud and/or edge platforms.
- Technical leadership and team guidance experience.
- Knowledge of data processing and feature engineering.

Preferred / Good To Have

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and AI solution architecture.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
- Familiarity with SQL, Spark, Databricks, data lakes, and big data platforms.
- Experience in industrial computer vision, video analytics, Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial IoT.
- PhD in AI/ML.
- Relevant certifications, including Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure OpenAI/AI Architect certifications, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Databricks AI/ML certifications.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or computer vision, with robust hands-on expertise in deep learning and production deployment. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is expected. The candidate should have experience leading technical teams and delivering scalable computer vision solutions across cloud or edge environments.
