Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop actionable insights, policy briefs, and executive summaries.

- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and develop data-driven presentations, visualisations, and reports.

- Engage with government stakeholders, client teams, and other relevant stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and workshops.

- Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.

- Manage project deliverables, work plans, trackers, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication.

- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in management consulting, public policy, government advisory, strategy, research, or organisational transformation.

- Solid analytical, research, report-writing, and presentation skills.

- Exposure to stakeholder management, project execution, and data analysis.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
