Profile Summary: A detail-oriented and analytical skilled to support our Revenue Assurance (RA) function. In this role, you will assist in managing strategic partner relationships, tracking renewal and persistency metrics, and executing data-driven collection strategies. You will work closely with internal operations and analytics teams to support process automation and operational efficiency across multiple channels.

Job responsibilities:

Partner Support & Operational Coordination

- Persistency Tracking: Support the day-to-day execution and tracking of renewals and business persistency across strategic partnerships.
- Governance Support: Help prepare reports and data decks for regular governance meetings with partner stakeholders to review collection performance and KPIs.
- Query Management: Act as an operational SPOC for partners to assist with query resolution and maintain smooth day-to-day communication .

Data Analytics &; Execution Support

- Data Deep-Dives: Conduct data analysis to help identify process inefficiencies, payment bottlenecks, and trends in collection performance.
- Allocation Execution:



Assist in executing analytical and predictive allocation strategies across Field Sales, Call Center, and Branch Operations teams under guidance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor feedback loops and track how field and call center teams utilize data allocation models.

Automation & Reporting Support

- Workflow Automation: Assist in identifying manual tasks within the renewals ecosystem and support their transition into automated solutions.
- Transformation Projects: Support project leads in rolling out high-impact automation, AI, and analytics initiatives.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Build and maintain routine reports and automated dashboards to provide visibility into collection and persistency metrics.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Partnerships Management, Collections
- Strategy, Retention/Persistency operations, or Business Analytics (preferred industries: Fintech, BFSI, Telecom, or SaaS).
