Associate – Healthcare SaaS Implementation Analyst

India-based | Periodic US travel

Role overview

Support the implementation of a SaaS healthcare software for US-based clinics/practices. The role combines application configuration, customer coordination, staff training, and go-live support. Product and implementation training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

- Configure users, schedules, forms, communication templates, billing settings, and other practice workflows.
- Gather customer requirements, maintain implementation checklists, and coordinate with practices, iCore teams, and external vendors.
- Participate in customer calls, track outstanding actions, and share progress updates.
- Validate configuration and migrated information with practice staff, and report discrepancies.




- Travel periodically to US customer sites for training, implementation, and go-live support.
- Follow patient-data confidentiality and security requirements.

Qualifications and skills

- Graduate in Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Solid spoken and written English, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning software applications and working with Excel.
- Organized, proactive, and confident interacting with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to work with US business-hour overlap and travel periodically to the US
- Exposure/experience with any existing Hospital administration/management system/EHR/EMR is a plus.
- Tech background in the QA or Product space is a plus
