Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve P1/P2 production incidents and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Troubleshoot FACETS modules and manage batch failures.
- Work with Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, C and Azure.
- Manage ServiceNow incident and problem management, KEDB, and CAB activities.
- Handle Autosys job scheduling, failure analysis, and recovery procedures.
- Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness, and reliable 24/7 production support.
