Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Excellence

* Perform general dental procedures independently with precision, efficiency, and confidence.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in restorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge procedures, extractions, and routine dental treatments within skilled competence.
- Maintain high standards of treatment quality, finishing, aesthetics, and long-term clinical outcomes.
- Follow evidence-based treatment protocols, infection-control guidelines, and clinic SOPs.
- Recognize complex cases and refer appropriately to specialists.

1. Personality & Professional Conduct

* Possess a pleasant, polished, confident, and qualified personality.
- Demonstrate excellent manners, emotional maturity, empathy, and respectful behaviour.
- Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, and appropriate clinical attire.
- Communicate respectfully with patients, colleagues, assistants, and management.
- Remain composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations.

1. Patient Communication & Experience

* Build patient confidence through clear explanations, clinical knowledge, and compassionate communication.
- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, expected outcomes, limitations, risks, and costs transparently.




- Maintain a premium patient experience throughout every consultation and treatment.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and responsibly.
- Support ethical treatment acceptance through education and trust, without pressure or unnecessary treatment.

1. Clinical Discipline & Quality Maintenance

* Maintain accurate treatment records, clinical photographs, prescriptions, and informed consent documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with dental assistants, specialists, laboratories, and the front-office team.
- Maintain punctuality, clinical discipline, and adherence to established treatment schedules.
- Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, quality improvement, and continuous learning.
