We’re Hiring | Associate Director – AI SOC + Mitigata Products Solutioning

At @Mitigata, you’ll lead presales for our own platform — Gordon AI, our 24/7 AI Security Operations Center, and our in-house products (attack surface monitoring, threat intelligence, dark web & brand monitoring, phishing simulation) — translating what the platform does into clear client outcomes, designing SOC and product deployments, and carrying market insight back to product.

About the role:

You’ll own technical presales for AI SOC and Mitigata products from discovery through demo, POC, and close; design SOC service models (log-source onboarding, use-case coverage, detection & response workflows, SLAs, escalation); scope and size deployments (data volumes, integrations, pricing inputs); lead demos/POCs showing how AI-driven detection, triage,



and response compare to traditional SOCs; respond to managed SOC/MDR/platform RFPs; support partner-led and white-label SOC engagements with MSPs/MSSPs; act as voice of the customer for product; and build demo environments and sales enablement.

What we’re looking for:

? 10+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ in SOC, MDR, or security-platform presales/architecture

? Deep SOC operations grasp — SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR telemetry, detection engineering, incident triage

? Experience selling or designing SaaS security platforms or managed security services

? Ability to explain AI & automation in security credibly, without overclaiming

? Strong demo & presentation skills with technical and executive audiences

Nice to have:

? Hands-on with LLMs, agentic workflows, or ML in security operations

? Security product company or MSSP background

? MITRE ATT&CK;, threat intel platforms, attack surface management

? Channel / partner-led sales, including international markets

? GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, or a cloud security certification
