We are looking for an Assistant to support the Group Technical Head, who oversees 3-4 real estate project sites. You will be the Group Technical Head's extended arm: tracking progress across sites, consolidating reports, following up on instructions, checking technical documents and keeping records organised, so that decisions are quick and well informed. You will use AI tools to make tracking, review and reporting faster.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (BE preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in building construction, with exposure to site execution, billing or planning on residential or commercial projects.
- Ability to read drawings,
BOQs and specifications and to check measurements and bills. Good understanding of civil work practices, quality checks and contractor billing.
- Strong MS Excel (trackers, pivot tables, dashboards), Word and PowerPoint; AutoCAD or MS Project is an advantage. Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis, review and reporting. Honesty, discipline, discretion and willingness to travel between sites.
- Preferred Experience with a builder in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Exposure to multi-site or multi-tower projects. Knowledge of MahaRERA engineer's certification and approval processes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
