- System Issue
- Design a process and govern it too for tying up Incident(ITSM) to a problem(ITSM) to Fix(Jira)

- Deliver Run Ops projects
- High impact Problems to be clubbed in functional areas and fixed . Drives the KPI of reducing the business impact
- Problems related to high volume Incidents to be fixed on priority .



Drives the KPI of reducing the resource requirement for the shop
- Explores opportunities to work with Infra team for stable system
- Continuously work on strengthening theRunOps processes
- Progressive reduction in the production ticket inflow . 30% reduction is the target for all the support leads

- SOP for release management

- SOP for production support
- Weekly / Monthly RunOps dashboards
- Progressive Reduction in system downtime by ensuring permanent fixes

Graduate/Post Graduate
