Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager role at Anarock is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting sales planning and execution, managing client relationships, and assisting in closing real estate transactions.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will coordinate with senior sales leaders, track leads, prepare sales reports, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.





Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing teams to implement campaigns, conducting site visits and presentations, and maintaining accurate documentation to support sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to manage leads and support deal closure.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort with using technology platforms, CRM tools, and data for sales tracking and reporting.
- Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate experience is an advantage.
