Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and dedicated Assistant Professors to join a reputed educational institution in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching and academic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and conduct classroom teaching as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Evaluate students through examinations, assignments, and other assessments.
- Guide students in academic activities, projects, and research work, as applicable.
- Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and student performance reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Support curriculum development and contribute to the overall academic growth of the institution.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Eligibility Criteria




- Master's degree in the relevant subject/domain from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a college or university.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Ability to engage students and manage classroom activities.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. qualifications as applicable to the subject and relevant UGC/regulatory requirements.
