Assistant Manager – Finance

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to Funds / Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)

About the Role

We are looking for Assistant Manager – Finance to support fund finance, accounting, and compliance operations for overseas funds, including GCC structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting, with prior exposure to funds or AIFs preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Support finance, accounting, and compliance operations for overseas funds and GCC structures.
- Coordinate with fund administrators, legal counsels, tax advisors, and auditors across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Net Asset Value (NAV), investor reports, and financial statements.
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including FCA, FSRA, MAS, and other relevant frameworks.
- Monitor fund performance, expenses,



and capital flows across entities.
- Assist with investor due diligence and onboarding processes for international investment strategies.
- Track changes in global regulatory frameworks relevant to offshore fund structures.
- Strengthen internal controls and contribute to process improvements across offshore operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, fund operations, or compliance.
- Prior experience or exposure to Funds / AIFs will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions and manage deadlines effectively.
