INKEL Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Renewable Energy to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in renewable energy projects, tendering, procurement, contract management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents and manage end-to-end tendering processes for renewable energy projects.
- Prepare bidding documents and coordinate participation in renewable energy and related tenders.
- Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for renewable energy projects.
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate purchasing requirements.
- Prepare and issue Work Orders, Service Orders, and Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate contract agreements and manage communication with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contractual compliance and facilitate timely vendor and contractor payments.
- Prepare billing indents and supporting documentation for invoice generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualification B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector or project management.
- Practical knowledge of tendering, bidding, procurement, and contract management.
- Experience preparing techno-commercial proposals and project documentation.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
Salary As per industry standards and company policy.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
