Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure that production, quality, and delivery targets are met efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, monitoring workflow, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and compliance with company standards. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking key performance indicators, assisting in planning and resource allocation, and addressing operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong operational and organizational skills, including experience in supervising teams, managing workflows, and supporting day-to-day business activities.
