Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in North 24 Parganas. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating project activities, and supporting the execution of power and energy solutions in line with company standards and timelines.

The Assistant

Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.





Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communication, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. The role also requires mentoring team members, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to continuous innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and operations management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical understanding of power plant equipment, energy systems, or EPC projects, preferably within thermal or low-carbon technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of standard office and project management software tools.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, with a structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management or energy systems are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the power, energy, or infrastructure sector, especially in in office roles, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in North 24 Parganas and adapt to a dynamic, high-performance industrial setting.
