Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and workforce management while partnering with business teams to drive employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
- Handle hands-on payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave management, and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Partner with business managers to address employee concerns, improve engagement, and support employee retention.
- Drive performance management, appraisal cycles, employee development, and talent management initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, manage employee grievances,



and support conflict resolution.
- Analyse HR metrics, workforce data, and attrition trends to recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and HRMS data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations and generalist activities.
- Robust hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
