Your Tasks:

- Drive revenue growth from FMCG manufacturers, food processors, brands, retail chains, and allied industries in Gujarat, West Region and North East Region.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers including Quality Heads, R&D; Heads, Procurement Teams, Regulatory Affairs Managers, and Plant Leadership.
- Promote TV SD's portfolio of services including:
- Food & FMCG Testing

- Regulatory Compliance Services

- Inspection Services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, networking events, industry associations, and referrals.
- Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records.




- Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 5-8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Proven experience in selling services to FMCG, Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods companies.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, testing, certification, or regulatory compliance services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong network within Gujarat's FMCG ecosystem will be highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Other Details: CTC Range – 7 to 10 LPA
