- Key Deliverables Design and development of Interior / Exterior trims (IP, Console, Pillar trims, Door trims, Front grill, FR &
- RR Bumper, Wheel Arches, Door-cladding, Mud guard/ Flap etc. ) , Experience in creating Concepts and data inputs for business case preparation and project costing at kick off stage.

Experience in feasibility studies of styling data CAS-0 to Class-A for trims parts(tooling direction, draft analysis, Homologation checks, Surface quality etc.) Master Section Development, 3D CAD modelling of Engineering surfaces and considering other vehicle parts packaging like Veh DAC , E&E; , other BIW &

- GSM parts etc. Interaction with Development Team / Suppliers / Tool makers for Mfg. Feasibility, packaging / tooling feasibility study. Incorporation of Changes suggested in DFM/DFS/DFA, CAE, DMU feedback, Service &
- Mold flow simulation etc. into engineering design. Benchmarking study for competition vehicles and systems for packaging, performance, assembly etc. at vehicle level and tear down level. Incorporation of GD&T; for parts and assembly drawings Work effectively in a team environment with a cross-functional team Very positive knowledge on manufacturing process specifically, plastic injection molding, SMC compression molding,



vacuum forming, rotational molding and blow molding technology Key Deliverables : Good CAD proficiency on CATIA V5 in below modules is mandatory - optional is Catia 3D experience Assembly design, Surface modelling (Generative Shape Design Module),Part modelling, Detailing (Drafting),3D Annotation (Functional Tolerancing &
