Job Title: Assistant Manager – Production (ASM Production)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager – Production to manage daily production activities, monitor production performance, prepare production reports, and ensure smooth and productive mill operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Monitor production quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Communicate production performance, challenges, and improvements to management.
- Support continuous improvement in production processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
Diploma in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in textile mill production.
- Production Management: Strong knowledge of production planning, monitoring, and control.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and analyze production reports.
- Leadership: Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage production teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on productivity and quality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet production deadlines.
