We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Artist Management Specialist / Celebrity Manager / Tour Manager who can work closely with artists, celebrities, musicians and internal teams.

Role Description The Artist Management Specialist / Celebrity Manager will be responsible for managing day to day professional relationships with artists and celebrities, coordinating schedules, bookings, events, tours and engagements, and acting as a key point of contact between artists and the company.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in celebrity management, artist management or tour management and should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, music-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day to day communication and professional relationships with artists and celebrities.
- Coordinate artist schedules, meetings, rehearsals, performances, events and tours.
- Handle tour planning, travel arrangements, accommodation and event logistics.
- Coordinate with artists, event organizers, production teams, marketing teams and technical staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact between artists and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage bookings, engagements, contracts, documentation and related follow-ups.




- Ensure that artists receive timely information and professional support.
- Coordinate promotional activities, appearances, interviews and other artist-related requirements.
- Track project timelines, commitments and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle last-minute changes and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding artists, celebrities, schedules, contracts and business matters.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the music and entertainment industry.
- Support the CEO and management team in artist-related projects and business activities.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a mature, professional and well connected individual who understands the demands of the entertainment and music industry.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Age: 30 years or above.
- Proven experience as a Celebrity Manager, Artist Manager, Tour Manager, Talent Manager or in a similar entertainment industry role.
- Strong practical knowledge of artist and celebrity management.
- Experience handling artist schedules, tours, events, bookings and travel arrangements.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of the Indian music and entertainment industry.
- Ability to communicate professionally with artists, celebrities, event organizers, production teams and senior management.




- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artists, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and travel when required.
- Proficiency in email, MS Office/Google Workspace, spreadsheets and basic project-management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, reliability and follow through.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working directly with well known musicians, Bollywood artists, celebrities, performers, bands, touring artists or entertainment companies will be preferred.

Experience in national or international tours, concerts, live events, artist bookings, celebrity management or music production coordination will be an added advantage.
