About Resilience Business Grids LLP

Resilience Business Grids LLP (RBG.AI) is a native AI startup based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, operating out of the SREC SPARK Incubation Centre. We build intelligent, enterprise AI systems spanning machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, computer vision, and NLP. Our team operates in a flat, fast-paced environment where every individual contributes meaningfully to real-world AI projects.

We exclusively grow our team through our internship programme, making interns the foundation of our talent pipeline and the future of our organisation.

What You Will Work On

As an intern at RBG.AI, you will be embedded in a live working environment and exposed to a wide range of domains and responsibilities based on project needs and your interests, including:

- AI/ML Development: machine learning, deep learning, model fine-tuning, NLP, LLMs, transformers, computer vision, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Backend Development: Python, FastAPI, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, DevOps, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and deployment workflows
- Frontend Development: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS
- Emerging Technologies: Generative AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Task allocation is based on current project availability and your personal interests, in that order. Where stipends are applicable, you will work in a real delivery setting, contributing to production-level work from day one. Who We Are Looking For

Eligibility





- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech programme; pre-final year or final year students are preferred. Candidates from other degree programmes and academic backgrounds are equally welcome to apply.
- Minimum GPA of 6.0 (or equivalent CGPA on a 10-point scale). Candidates demonstrating exceptional skills, projects, or practical ability may be considered on merit even where this threshold is not met.
- Any engineering discipline is welcome; CS/IT/ECE/EEE backgrounds have an added advantage

Work Details

- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Work Mode: Full on-site presence required
- Additional Hours: Occasional Sunday work may be required during critical project deadlines (appropriate additional benefits will be provided for any Sunday work undertaken)
- Leave Policy: Flexible; leave is permitted based on personal need without impacting office operations,



but any leave taken will extend the internship end date proportionally

Compensation & Benefits

This is primarily an unpaid internship. The internship offers:

- Hands-on experience in live AI/ML and software development projects
- Exposure to the full technology stack used in a professional AI startup
- Mentorship from an experienced, multidisciplinary team
- Internship completion certificate upon successful completion
- Complimentary lunch provided on working days
- Potential for conversion to full-time employment for high performers

Path to Full-Time Employment

RBG.AI exclusively hires through its internship programme. At the conclusion of the 6-month internship, interns will undergo an internal review interview. Based on performance:

- Interns who have taken on and delivered production-level tasks will be offered full-time employment directly
- Strong performers in other capacities will compete for available roles
- Interns who do not meet the required standard will be assisted with a smooth exit

There is a genuine and structured pathway from intern to full-time employee. Either party may end the internship early by providing thirty (30) days' written notice.
