Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in tax advisory assignments, M&A; Advisory, corporate restructuring processes, Virtual CFO services and conducting detailed regulatory compliance work. The candidate will also assist in financial and business analysis, prepare financial reports, and conduct research to support the decision-making process for diverse client needs.
Collaborating with team members and contributing to ongoing projects ensures a hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Basic Knowledge of Tax laws
- Ability to analyse data points, information and present it in a form which adds value to the overall projects.
- Strong attention to detail for preparing financial reports and auditing tasks.
- Proficiency in research and analysis to interpret complex tax and regulatory frameworks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in the use of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude in finance domain and have a knack to leverage these tools for tax and financial advisory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a professional workplace.
- Should have completed both groups of Inter CA and completed the IT and soft skill training of the ICAI.
