About the Opportunity

As an Article Assistant at VBSB Associates, you will:

- Lead and execute assignments in Taxation (Income Tax, GST), Auditing (Statutory & Internal), Assist in executing assignments related to Income Tax, GST, statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting .
- Support company law matters, ROC compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, tax returns, audit reports, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct accounting reviews, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
- Work with senior professionals on client assignments across diverse industries.
- Gain practical exposure to accounting software, financial automation, and digital workflow solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA students who have cleared the CA Intermediate examination and are eligible to commence articleship under the applicable ICAI regulations.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.




- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to professional ethics, teamwork, and continuous development.
