Your responsibilities
Handling escalations of customers and ensuring their satisfactory and timely resolution
- Collate open call details and create a tracker for effective follow up
- Follow up for the high ageing calls with technicians & ISPs and spare parts team
- Custodian of entire open calls feedback mechanism for service operation
- Coordinate with field team on CCC cases and ensure to close the CCC after obtaining the customer satisfaction
- Liaison with HO functions like SPICE team, SPC, call center & controlling
Your profile
- Minimum Experience: 07 Years
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma/BE/Btech
