Job Summary The Area Service Incharge is responsible for managing service operations across multiple regional clusters. This role involves handling escalations, ensuring SLA compliance,

optimizing resources, and leading regional teams to achieve operational excellence. The position demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a customer-centric approach to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle escalations from service coordinators and monitor SLA adherence and complaint resolution timelines.

● Allocate resources and manpower to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

● Analyze product failure trends and coordinate with vendors for necessary actions.

● Approve replacements, warranty exceptions, and financial adjustments as required.

● Oversee regional budgeting, operational planning, and P&L; accountability.

● Recruit, train, mentor, and develop regional service teams, including field engineers.

● Drive service delivery excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

● Conduct trend analysis and strategic planning, and implement continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications &Skills;





● Bachelor’s or master's degree in electronics/electrical engineering or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in service management or operations, including regional leadership experience.

● Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.

● Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, budgeting, and strategic planning.

● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

● Willingness to travel extensively and manage a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in electronics, the EV industry, or automotive sector service operations.

● Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Customer Service Excellence.

● Knowledge of field service management systems and logistics.

Working Conditions

● Primarily office-based, with frequent travel to regional service centers and customer locations.

● On-call availability for escalations outside standard working hours.

Salary & Benefits

● Travel Allowance, PF, Incentives, and other advantages as per company policy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
