We are looking for experienced agricultural sales professionals with strong dealer network development and rural territory management experience. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the agri-drone sales and distribution network, building dealer partnerships, increasing farmer adoption, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Appoint and develop dealers and sub-dealers in the agricultural equipment sector.
- Build relationships with tractor, farm machinery, irrigation, and agricultural input dealers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Expand distribution networks across rural markets and high-potential agricultural areas.
- Conduct village-level demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product awareness programs.
- Promote agricultural drone spraying solutions among dealers, farmers, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
- Monitor sales performance, dealer productivity, retail movement, and lead conversions.
- Identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities.
- Support institutional and subsidy-based sales wherever applicable.
- Provide market feedback and identify opportunities for territory growth.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in agricultural sales, tractor sales, farm machinery, irrigation, crop protection, or agri-tech.
- Strong dealer and sub-dealer network in the assigned territory.
- Experience in rural sales, channel development, and territory expansion.
- Hands-on experience in farmer engagement, field demonstrations, and dealer management.
- Understanding of agricultural sales cycles and seasonal demand.
- Strong communication skills in the local language.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Graduate in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
