Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage insurance agents.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the agency network.

Drive business through field sales activities and agent productivity.





Ensure consistent business performance across assigned locations.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in field sales; insurance or agency sales experience preferred.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.

Strong sales orientation and a target-driven mindset.

Willingness to work in the E-Agency business model.
