Hiring: Area Sales Manager Used Two-Wheeler Loans

Manba Finance Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business for our Used Two Wheeler Finance vertical.

Key Requirements:

- 4–7 years of experience in Used Two-Wheeler / Two-Wheeler Finance
- Strong understanding of Used TW market, dealer network, sourcing channels & valuation
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets
- Strong dealer/channel relationships across the assigned territory
- Good knowledge of market expansion, team productivity and quality sourcing
- Strong communication, negotiation and field management skills

Key Responsibilities:





- Drive Used Two-Wheeler loan business across the assigned territory
- Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Develop and strengthen dealer and sourcing partner relationships
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the market
- Ensure achievement of monthly business and disbursement targets
- Monitor team productivity, sourcing quality and portfolio performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and credit/process guidelines
