Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Area Sales

Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned region, including identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing customers, and promoting PAI Machines’ construction equipment solutions. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams on order processing, logistics coordination, and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends,



and competitor activity is expected, along with participation in trade shows, site visits, and customer training sessions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction equipment, industrial products, or manufacturing.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, including confident presentation abilities and explicit written communication.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Comfort with on-site customer visits, field demonstrations, and travel within the assigned area as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proactive, self-motivated work style, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages, and familiarity with the Coimbatore and surrounding markets is an advantage.
