Your role
- Call and WhatsApp new leads within 15 minutes of receiving them
- Explain our verification service clearly and honestly
- Help customers send their documents and follow up until they decide
- Keep every lead and conversation updated in our sales system
- Work closely with our team in Kerala and Germany
What you need
- Fluent English plus Malayalam and Hindi
- Experience in sales, telecalling or customer support is a plus
- Friendly, confident on the phone, honest and reliable
- Your own working laptop and smartphone (we provide a company SIM card)
