Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager to drive sales and expand its market presence across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling microscopy solutions, diagnostic equipment, and related products to healthcare, educational, and laboratory institutions.

The role involves remote working, extensive regional travel, new customer acquisition, product demonstrations, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across Maharashtra.
- Drive sales of microscopes, diagnostic equipment, and related medical products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across pathology labs, diagnostic centres, hospitals, medical colleges, universities, agriculture laboratories, forensic science laboratories (FSL), and related industries.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pathologists, laboratory professionals, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
- Provide product training, basic technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.




- Execute marketing and promotional activities as directed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / National Sales Manager (NSM).
- Manage customer follow-ups, sales operations, collections, and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, orders, and market feedback.
- Submit regular sales updates and weekly reports to management.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA is preferred for Area Sales Manager candidates.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in medical devices, diagnostic equipment, laboratory instruments, or healthcare products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop current business.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of territory management and customer acquisition.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
