Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – South Goa

Location: South Goa (Field-Based)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and expand retail and wholesale sales across South Goa. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, outlet management, distributor relationships, and market development, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular market visits across retail and wholesale outlets in South Goa.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory levels at outlets.
- Execute in-store promotions, product visibility activities, and sampling initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
- Identify and onboard new outlets to expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Submit regular sales, stock, and market visit reports.




- Follow up on payments and resolve outlet-level issues related to orders, returns, and damaged products.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or retail trade.
- Knowledge of the South Goa retail and wholesale market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory using a two-wheeler or personal vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and mobile-based reporting tools.
