Eligibility Criteria

- Age: Maximum 33 years
- Education: Full-time graduate or above
- Monthly Business Target: 4 crore month-on-month
- Sourcing Channel: DSA channel only
- Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
- ROI: 16%17%
- Location Delhi, Mumbai( Andheri & Thane), Chennai, Baroda, Bangalore 5 nos. mandates (1 each location)

Ideal Candidate Profile Candidates should have strong experience in Prime LAP sales, an established DSA network, and a proven track record of consistently delivering 4 crore in monthly business through the DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Prime LAP business exclusively through DSAs.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and current DSA partners.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and internal policies.
- Drive business at the expected ROI of 16%–17%.
