Level- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Location- Amritsar Br.

Reporting To Product head

Supervising- Individual Contributor

Job responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the Standard Building (Wire, Switch & BCP )division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and their teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's market share.
- Lead and motivate distributors and their teams to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends,



and competitor activities to senior management.
- Provide regular training and coaching to distributor teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Education

Preferred MBA B.tech /B.E or any post Graduate with 60 %

5-8 Years
