Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Planner to manage architectural planning, design coordination, space planning, and drawing development for real estate projects. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and project teams to ensure that designs comply with project requirements, applicable building regulations, and construction timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, site plans, and working drawings for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop space planning, building layouts, and design concepts as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure coordination between design and execution teams.
- Ensure planning complies with applicable development control regulations, local authority requirements, and building codes.
- Assist in preparing area statements, carpet area calculations, built-up area calculations, and project planning documents.
- Review drawings for design accuracy, feasibility, and optimization of available space.
- Coordinate revisions in drawings based on client requirements and management feedback.
- Monitor drawing submissions, approvals, and design deliverables as per project schedules.




- Support the project team during site execution by resolving architectural planning and drawing-related issues.
- Maintain updated architectural drawings, documentation, and revision records.
- Coordinate with liaison and approval teams for necessary drawings and statutory submissions.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant qualification in architectural planning.
- Relevant experience in real estate development, residential or commercial projects is preferred.

Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in architectural planning and real estate projects.

Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit / BIM knowledge preferred
- SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools
- Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of architectural drawings, space planning, and development regulations

Required Skills
- Solid planning and design coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of construction practices and site execution requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
