Role Description The Architectural Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing and developing architectural concepts for EV charging infrastructure and related facilities, from initial sketches through detailed construction drawings.

The Architectural

Designer will collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure designs are functional, compliant with regulations, and aligned with Roadgrid’s sustainability and user-experience goals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, refining layouts and site plans, coordinating with external consultants,



and supporting urban planning considerations for charging networks. The role also includes reviewing project documentation, assisting during permitting processes, and providing design support throughout construction.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop practical and innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing for building and infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of Urban Planning principles relevant to public infrastructure and mobility projects.
- Experience with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; prior experience in infrastructure, transport, or EV-related projects is a plus.
