Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Architect to plan, design, and oversee building and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with civil engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and supporting projects from the design stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Develop building designs in accordance with client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and project managers.
- Review site conditions and ensure designs are practical and suitable for execution.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Identify design discrepancies and provide appropriate technical solutions.




- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Maintain project records, drawings, revisions, and other technical documents.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in architectural design and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Understanding of building materials, construction methods, structural drawings, and finishing works.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
