Role & responsibilities

1. Design and Proposal Development:

- Integrating with the field surveys for the baseline investigations.
- Lead the initial stages of project design, developing innovative architectural concepts that meet both client expectations, environmental considerations, social Inclusion and gender equality.
- Preparation of technical appraisal reports (feasibility assessments, DPRs, tender drawings etc,) for the projects.
- Translate client needs into viable architectural proposals, leveraging creative design and effective space utilization.

2. Project Coordination:

- Manage communications and coordination between project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure the architectural designs comply with the relevant codes and practices, viz., local building by-laws and environmental regulations.




- Implement sustainable and innovative design solutions that consider energy efficiency and regional suitability.

4. Client Engagement:

- Actively communicate with clients and stakeholders, presenting proposals and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.

5. Other:

- Any other activities as per the organization's requirements on a time-to-time basis.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in architecture.
- Demonstrated capability in architectural design, concept development, and public presentations.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and others for 3D modeling).
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Deep understanding of local regulations, with a focus on sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
