We are looking for experienced AR Callers with knowledge of US healthcare medical billing, preferably in the Orthopedic specialty. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in insurance follow-ups, claim resolution, and denial management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups for orthopedic medical claims.
- Contact US insurance companies to check claim status and resolve outstanding claims.
- Investigate denied, rejected, and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
- Follow up on unpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement.




- Identify denial reasons and coordinate for claim corrections and resubmissions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of insurance calls and follow-up activities.
- Meet productivity, quality, and process targets.

Required Skills

- Experience in US healthcare medical billing and AR calling.
- Knowledge of orthopedic billing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance follow-ups and denial management.
- Good verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with US insurance processes and claim resolution.

Education Any degree is preferred.
