ELIGIBILITY AND PREFERRED PROFILE

- Recognised postgraduate medical qualification and eligibility for appointment as Principal under the NMC regulations applicable on the date of appointment.
- At least 10 years of teaching experience in a medical institution, including at least five years as Professor, subject to applicable NMC requirements.
- Valid medical registration and fulfilment of applicable statutory conditions.
- Demonstrated academic leadership, sound administrative judgment and an established commitment to ethical medical education.




- Robust understanding of competency-based medical education, faculty development, institutional assessment and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve problems, communicate clearly and implement decisions consistently.

Preference will be given to candidates with successful experience as Principal, Dean, Vice-Principal, Medical Superintendent, Head of Department or in comparable institutional leadership roles, supported by demonstrable achievements.

APPOINTMENT AND REMUNERATION

Nature of appointment: Full-time, with availability on campus as required for effective institutional leadership.

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated leadership achievements. Approx. 4-5 Lakhs with furnished accommodation

Selection will consider seniority, merit, leadership capability and alignment with the institution’s development objectives, subject to applicable regulations.
