Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AP100 Software / CNC Programmer Engineer with experience in electrical panel manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing CNC programs, operating and programming CNC punching and fabrication machines, and ensuring accurate sheet-metal fabrication for electrical panels, LT/HT panels, PCC, MCC, and control panels.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify CNC programs using AP100 software for sheet-metal fabrication and electrical panel manufacturing.

- Create and process panel fabrication drawings, layouts, and CNC punching programs as per approved engineering drawings.

- Work with CNC turret punching machines, CNC bending machines, and other sheet-metal fabrication equipment, as applicable.

- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and sheet-metal layouts.

- Optimize sheet-metal nesting to minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

- Ensure correct punch selection, tool setup, material thickness, dimensions, and machining parameters.

- Coordinate with design, production, and quality departments to resolve fabrication-related issues.

- Verify CNC programs before production and ensure dimensional accuracy of fabricated components.

- Troubleshoot CNC programming and machine-related issues and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain CNC program records, revision history,



and production documentation.

- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.

- Support continuous improvement in fabrication processes, cycle time, and material utilization.

Required Technical Skills

- Practical knowledge of AP100 programming software.

- Experience in CNC programming for sheet-metal fabrication.

- Knowledge of electrical panel enclosures, mounting plates, doors, covers, partitions, and sheet-metal structures.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.

- Understanding of CNC punching, bending, tooling, nesting, and material optimization.

- Knowledge of sheet-metal materials, thicknesses, tolerances, and fabrication processes.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of CNC machine setup, program testing, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing or sheet-metal fabrication.

- Hands-on experience with AP100 software and CNC punching machines.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to coordinate with design and production teams.

- Willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
