Job Summary

We are hiring an Andrologist who is comfortable both in the lab and with clinicians. You will support semen analysis, sperm washing / IUI preparation, equipment training, and quality work with partner clinics.

Travel is mandatory. This is not a desk-only role. You will visit clinics and laboratories in your assigned region to train teams, support installations, and troubleshoot andrology workflows.

Responsibilities

- Perform and oversee semen analysis and sperm-preparation workflows as per protocol.

- Train clinic and lab staff on AndroWash and related andrology equipment.

- Travel to hospitals, IUI clinics, IVF centres, and andrology labs for training, audits, and support.

- Help clinics set up clean, repeatable IUI / andrology processes.

- Record cases, issues,



and follow-ups so the clinical and sales teams can act.

- Work with sales and service so doctors get a complete clinical answer, not only a product pitch.

What We Are Looking For

- Education in Life Sciences, Andrology, Embryology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related clinical-lab field.

- Hands-on andrology / IUI lab experience is strongly preferred.
