Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Dropshipping Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon seller business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, product research, supplier sourcing, product listing optimization, order processing, and account health management.

The candidate must understand Amazon's dropshipping policies and be able to manage daily operations efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of our Amazon Seller Central account.
- Conduct product research to identify profitable products with good demand and competition.
- Research and coordinate with reliable suppliers.
- Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings.
- Process orders and coordinate fulfillment and shipping.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, profit margins, and product availability.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Monitor account health, customer feedback, returns, and order defect rates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Follow Amazon's policies and dropshipping requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, profits, and business performance.

Requirements




- Previous experience in Amazon dropshipping or Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge of product research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO.
- Experience with order processing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Ability to analyze sales data and calculate profit margins.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing an active Amazon seller account.
- Knowledge of Amazon account health and performance metrics.
- Experience with product research tools such as Keepa, Helium 10, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Amazon's policies for third-party fulfillment and dropshipping.
