We are looking for an experienced and proactive Alumni Relations Manager to join our team at Chandigarh University, Gharuan, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, relationship management, and coordination skills, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same profile.

Job Details

- Job Title: Alumni Relations Manager
- Location: Chandigarh University, Gharuan, Mohali, Punjab
- Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university alumni.
- Plan and coordinate alumni engagement activities, reunions, and networking events.
- Build and manage an effective alumni database and maintain regular communication.
- Encourage alumni participation in university initiatives, mentorship programs, and career development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to strengthen alumni engagement.
- Support alumni networking, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Alumni Relations Manager or in the same profile.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong coordination, networking, and organizational abilities.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the university campus.

Mandatory Gadgets Candidates must have their own working equipment:
- Laptop: Intel Core i5 processor, minimum 8 GB RAM, Windows 11.
- HDMI Cable: HDMI-to-HDMI cable, 3 metres in length.
- Mobile Phone: Android smartphone.
