Hands-on Experience in Category I or Category II AIFs Operation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end investor lifecycle for Category I & II AIFs.
- Handle onboarding of HNI/UHNI/NRI & institutional investors.
- Draft Contribution Agreements, Deeds, and support side letters (SEBI compliant).
- Maintain capital commitment register drawdowns, transfers, exits.
- Coordinate capital calls, inflows & bank reconciliations.
- Maintain investor capital summaries (contributions, distributions, NAV).
- Liaise with RTA, Custodian, Legal & Compliance teams.
- Ensure KYC/AML/FATCA & SEBI AIF compliance.
- Support NAV validation, audits & regulatory reporting.
- Handle demat validation, off-market transfers & investor master updates.
- Requirements
- 5+ years in AIF operations. Hands-on experience in Category I & II AIFs.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations.Positive documentation, reconciliation & stakeholder coordination skills.
