About us

We're a small team building software products, and short-form video is becoming a big part of how we reach people. We're now putting real time and focus behind it, and we're looking for someone to lead the AI video side of that work.

The role

We're making a short-form series set in a modern workplace. Same characters every week, office comedy with a bit of drama, built for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The scripts are written and the cast is designed. What we need now is someone who can turn them into episodes that look real and stay consistent from one to the next.

If you've made AI video, you know where it usually breaks: a face changes between two shots, text on a screen comes out as nonsense, a voice doesn't sound like the same person twice. Solving those problems is most of this job, and it's the part we care about most.

What you'll do

- Turn approved scripts into finished episodes of 30 to 45 seconds, plus shorter single-character videos in a UGC style
- Build and maintain a reference set for every character so faces, outfits and mannerisms hold across shots and episodes
- Place real app screens and dashboards into scenes so they look right on every laptop and phone, instead of relying on AI-generated UI
- Give each character a voice that stays the same every episode, with lip sync positive enough that nobody notices it
- Edit for short-form: a hook in the first two seconds, captions, tight pacing, and cuts for each platform




- Help us get to five videos a week with a workflow that's repeatable and keeps credits and cost per video under control
- Work closely with our script writer and creative team, and push back when something won't work on screen

What we're looking for

Must have

- A portfolio of AI-generated video where the same character appears across several shots or scenes
- Hands-on work with current video models and tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Veo / Google Flow or Runway
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
- A real feel for short-form: you know why people keep watching and why they scroll
- Comfortable taking feedback and turning revisions around quickly

Nice to have

- Motion tracking and compositing in After Effects or similar, to put screen recordings onto devices
- Voice work with ElevenLabs or similar tools
- Experience making a recurring series or character-led content
- Comedy instinct, or a background in sketch or scripted content
- Video work for a SaaS, tech or B2B brand
