Job Responsibilities

- Train employees to effectively use Claude and other Generative AI tools for business activities.
- Develop effective prompts for accounting, finance, HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, operations and documentation.
- Teach prompt engineering from basic to advanced levels.
- Create reusable prompt templates and AI workflows for different departments.
- Train teams to analyze documents, Excel/data, reports and business information using AI.
- Help employees automate repetitive day-to-day tasks using AI.
- Develop AI-based workflows for research, lead generation, content preparation and reporting.
- Conduct practical training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare SOPs, training materials and AI usage guidelines.
- Evaluate employees after training and provide ongoing support.
- Research new Claude/AI features and identify ways to implement them in business operations.
- Ensure employees understand data confidentiality, privacy and responsible AI usage.





Candidate Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Claude and Generative AI.
- Excellent prompt-engineering skills.
- Experience using AI for real business use cases rather than only theoretical knowledge.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of automation and APIs will be preferred.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Positive English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting corporate or employee training is an advantage.
